Company Presentation :

• Quicklets is a group of real estates agencies based in Malta, the group was born in 2013. We can find 16 agencies around the island. The one I work with is based in Attard.

Stakeholders

• Quicklets deal with customers in terms of rental, but also with the governement of Malta who receives a part of the leasings that are made by Quicklets. And of course with employees ( real estates agent ) without them client could not find their properties.

Cultural Differences

• The company is represented by various nationality as : Greece, France, Romania, and of course Maltese too.
• One of the difference I saw when I arrived is that peoples are wearing flip-flops at the office it’s maybe because of the heat, so it’s very relaxed. And on this company employees come and leave almost when they want that’s very different from France for example.
